理事長寄語
律回春暉漸，萬象始更新。值此中國共產黨建黨一百周年來臨之際，我謹代表北京中非友好經貿發展基金會全體同仁，向全國關心我會發展的各位首長、非洲各國駐華外交使節和一帶一路沿線國家駐華外交使節，各級政府、國際組織、中資機構、民營企業等致以最美好的祝福。
回眸二〇二〇年，是平凡的一年，又是不平凡的一年。平凡的是，我們全體同仁和以往一樣，仍在崗位上孜孜不倦地為中國與世界各國之間的經貿合作而努力；不平凡的是，突如其來的新冠疫情徹底打亂了人們的生活，甚至加劇了世界格局的演變。與病毒的抗爭使我們意識到國際社會團結合作的重要性，也使得構建人類命運共同體更為迫切。團結才是國際社會戰勝疫情最有力的武器，新的一年我會也將堅定不移地與各國各界友好人士攜手應對后疫情時代挑戰，助推中國和非洲及一帶一路各國全面合作伙伴關系不斷走深走實。
展望二〇二一年，在繁花似錦的七月，偉大的中國共產黨將喜迎一百周年華誕。百年來，我黨領導人民通過艱辛奮斗取得了舉世矚目的成就。正如習近平總書記所說，中國的發展是世界的機遇。未來的中國會繼續打造良好友善的國際環境，開展更深更廣的國際合作。

Greeting from the President
It is the start of a new cycle as spring returns and all things come back to life. The new year 2021 marks the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. On this occasion, I would like to extend my best wishes on behalf of all my colleagues in Beijing China-Africa Friendly Economic and Trade Development Foundation to all senior officers, diplomats from African countries and countries along the Belt and Road Route to China, governments at all levels, international organizations, Chinese-funded institutions and private enterprises who are always concerned about our Foundation.
Looking back on the year 2020, it was an ordinary year and also an extraordinary one. It was an ordinary year in that all of us were still working tirelessly at our posts, as we always do, for economic and trade cooperation between China and the rest of the world. It was an extraordinary year in that the sudden onset of the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted all people's lives and even exacerbated the evolution of the world pattern. The fight against the virus has made us realize that the international community must unite and cooperate to mount a collective response, and has made it even more urgent to build a global community with a shared future. Unity and cooperation are the most potent weapon to overcome the pandemic. The Foundation will keep on working with friends from all walks of life in the days to come to tackle risks and challenges of the post-epidemic era, promote the comprehensive partnership between China, African countries and all countries along the Belt and Road.
Looking ahead to the year 2021, our great Chinese Communist Party will celebrate its centenary in the blossoming month of July. Over the past hundred years, the Party has led our people to achieve world-renowned achievements through arduous struggles. As President Xi Jinping has said, China's development brings opportunities to the whole world. In the future, China will continue to create a friendly international environment and develop deeper and wider international cooperation.
